Two men caught for Plot aimed at Obama

Federal authorities in Tennessee have announced that they had arrested two alleged White supremacists who were Reported to killing the Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama. Daniel Cowart (20) of Bells and Paul Schlesselman (18) of West Helena, were charged in US District Court in Tennessee, with the illegal possession of a sawed off shotgun. Federal agents said they broke up plans to rob a gun store and were convicted. In a report it was said they tried to shoot 88 Black students. Source said they planned a attempt assassination against Obama.But Authorities could not describe how the plot was handled. The suspects also sought to go on a national killing spree, with Obama as its final target.

Pakistan Showing Mercy on Sarabjit Singh

Indian national Sarabjit Singh, awarded Life Sentance punishment in Pakistan, is shifted from death row to a normal cell in a Lahore jail, it has raised hopes that he will not be executed. An Pakistan media reported, a convict for triggering blast and killing 14 people in Pakistan in 1990 might not be hanged. But  there is no Official announcement made till now. Manjit Singh, being called by Pakistanies has been on death row since he was convicted for alleged involvement in four bomb attacks in Punjab province in 1990. Sarabjit’s family who visited him in Pakistan Recently said he was wrongly convicted for the Attacks. His execution, initially set for April 1, was delayed for 30 days by former President Pervez Musharraf. This was done so that the new PPP led government could review his case following India’s appeal for Mercy. After Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani intervened in the matter,  authorities once again stayed Sarabjit’s execution “till further orders”. The 42 year old has already spent 17 years behind bars.
