Japanese baby girl, Manjhi, born in India to an Indian surrogate mother under contract to a Japanese man arrived in Japan after the Japanese government issued her with a one year visa on humanitarian grounds. The baby was not able to leave India because the baby have visa of neither Country. The baby girl arrived with her Granny at International Airport in Osaka Prefecture from India on November 2, which was born in July. According to Japanese authorities, it is possible for the baby to become a naturalized Japanese citizen once a parent-child relationship has been established, either by the man recognizing his paternity or through his adopting her. The baby was born by Fertilising the Egg of an unidentified lady in Japan with the sperm of a Japanes man. The fertilised Egg is transplanted in the Uteres of Indian Surrogate Mother.
