The ATS has decided to invoke Maharastra Control of Organised Control Act( MCOCA ) against the suspects arrested in connection with the September 29 Malegaon blast. This act would enable the suspects not to get bail in any reforms.At a conferenceATS chief Hemant Karkare said one more arrest would be made possible. They remanded Sudhakar Chaturvedi till today he was arrested on November 4.
