US Dispatching FBI Team to Mumbai

The US is rushing a team of FBI investigators and forensic scientists to Mumbai as counter-terrorism. Most of the officials send by them were stunned to see the impacts caused by the terror attack. This team will coordinate with the Indian team and will face the terrorists with a force. The US officials estimated the price of various things used by the terrorists and was found to not more than USD 100,000 and USD 200,000. The command centers, set up by terrorists in places they attacked, may have allowed them to communicate from site to site. The attacks, US officials said, appear to mimic Al- Qaeda tactics simultaneous attacks on high profile targets in the heart of the financial district.

US advises Americans to defer travel to Mumbai

American citizens had been warned of  Mumbai attack and they are asked not to travell India. A strong advise came from the state department of US that whomesoever teavelling or already in India are advised to have a strict vigilance. Nothing that casualties in the attack on hotels, a railway station, restaurant, hospital, and other locations in Mumbai frequented by Westerners. Americans are specially targeted. Americans without internet access may register directly with the nearest US embassy or Consulate. By registering, American citizens make it easier for the embassy or consulate to contact them in case of emergency, the alert said.
